By accessing and using GroupStar (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

GroupStar is a team collaboration and task management application that allows users to:

• Create and manage teams
• Assign and track tasks
• Share posts and communicate
• Participate in AI training data collection (with user consent)

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use GroupStar to:

• Create and manage legitimate teams and projects
• Assign and complete tasks in good faith
• Share appropriate content and communicate professionally
• Participate in team collaboration activities

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use GroupStar to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share illegal, harmful, inappropriate, or objectionable content
• Post content that contains violence, hate speech, harassment, or any form of abuse
• Post content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity
• Post content that promotes illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or provide false information

**Zero Tolerance Policy**: GroupStar has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any content or behavior that violates these terms will result in immediate removal of the content and may result in permanent account suspension or termination.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• By posting content, you grant us a license to use it for service operation
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share any content

5.2 Content Moderation

• **Zero Tolerance**: GroupStar has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We do not allow any form of harassment, hate speech, violence, inappropriate content, or abusive behavior.
• We reserve the right to immediately remove any content that violates these terms
• We may immediately suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate our policies
• Users can report inappropriate content using the in-app reporting feature
• Users can block abusive users to prevent further interaction
• All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and appropriate action is taken
• Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination

6. AI Features and Training

6.1 AI Features Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: GroupStar includes AI-powered features such as AI chat and text enhancement/modification. Please note:

• AI Content is Suggestions Only: All AI-generated content, including chat responses and text modifications, are provided as suggestions and should be verified by users before use
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any AI-generated content before using it in their work, communications, or decision-making
• Not Professional Advice: AI chat responses and suggestions are not intended to replace professional advice, and should not be relied upon for critical decisions
• Use at Your Own Risk: Users acknowledge that they use AI features at their own risk and agree not to hold GroupStar liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content

6.2 AI Training and Data Usage

6.2.1 Opt-In Consent

• AI training participation is entirely voluntary
• Users can opt-in or opt-out at any time
• Only public posts from opted-in users are used for training
• Personal or private information is never used for AI training

6.2.2 Data Protection

• Training data is anonymized and aggregated
• Individual user data is not identifiable in training datasets
• Users maintain full control over their data usage preferences

7. Team Management

7.1 Team Creation

• Team leaders have administrative privileges
• Team leaders are responsible for team management
• Teams must be used for legitimate collaboration purposes

7.2 Task Assignment

• Tasks should be assigned fairly and appropriately
• Team members can request task reassignment
• Task completion is the responsibility of assigned members

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Data Collection

• We collect only necessary data for service operation
• User data is protected according to our Privacy Policy
• We use third-party services for authentication and data storage

8.2 Data Rights

• Users can request data deletion
• Users can export their data
• Users can modify their privacy settings at any time

9. Service Availability

12. Termination

• Users can delete their accounts at any time
• Account deletion will remove user data according to our Privacy Policy
• Some data may be retained for legal or operational requirements

12.2 Service Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• We will provide data export options before service discontinuation
• Users can delete their accounts at any time through the Profile screen
• Account deletion permanently removes all user data, posts, comments, and associated content

13. Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida
• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida

13.2 Dispute Process

• Users should contact us first to resolve disputes
• We encourage good faith resolution of issues
